Reaching Out to The Community and Beyond

In a world that is constantly changing, it’s comforting to know that there is a hand always reaching out to help you. C.C.C.S Community Outreach is that extended hand to help you in your times of crisis, your moments of need, when you have nowhere else to turn, we are there. Helping hands to bring a balance to your life, warmth to your family and a smile to your children's faces. Let us help you through our services and programs offered to assist you with information and referral, food and clothing, job counseling and placement, and more. And, when you are ready to offer a helping hand to others, come to C.C.C.S Community Outreach and join a team of volunteers who support their friends and neighbors. It's a community effort.
